Three simple steps, whether you book online, in the app or over the phone.
Book on the website or the Instacare app, or simply call us. Choose the service, date and a time slot between 6 AM – 9 PM — at least 3 hours ahead.
Only professionals qualified for your service, close to your home, are offered the visit. Your booking is confirmed once one accepts.
Your nurse or physiotherapist arrives ready to work, and every visit is documented — shared with your doctor on request.
We serve Chennai city limits. A booking is accepted when a verified professional qualified for your service is available near your address — usually within a 5–10 km radius.
Visits run in one-hour slots from 6 AM – 9 PM, and can be booked as little as 3 hours ahead. Your booking is confirmed as soon as a matched professional accepts it.
Every professional's council registration is verified, along with their qualifications, at least six months of clinical experience, a criminal record and address check, and a practical skill assessment. Credentials are re-verified every year.
Cancellation is free, with a full refund, before a professional is assigned. You also get one free reschedule a month, up to two hours before the visit. If we can't fulfil a booking, you're refunded in full within 24 hours.
Payments are digital — UPI, cards and wallets. Cash is not accepted. You pay only for the care received, and any medical supplies used are charged at cost.
